Orders are expected to ship approximately 6 weeks from the date of purchase. If this timeframe changes, we'll notify you using the email address provided with your order.

International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your pre-order is ready for dispatch, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Please email support@xentrahealth.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s)
We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returning an unopened item? If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

- Include your order number and the reason for your return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Additional Information
- Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been placed.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase, as parcels cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.
