Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (option available at checkout)

Free Standard Shipping: on all UK orders over £50

Order Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges

Opened or Used Items: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returning an unopened item? If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return:
