We aim to deliver your products swiftly, securely, and with care.

Shipping Information

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (option available at checkout)

  • Free Standard Shipping: on all UK orders over £50

  • Order Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Opened or Used Items: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

  • Received a damaged or incorrect item? Please email support@xentrahealth.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • Returning an unopened item? If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return:

  • Email support@xentrahealth.com with your order number and explanation for needing to return the item

  • Our team will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

Additional Information

  • We cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
